For number (1), if you mean the CSWDO of Cebu City, the information needed is with the LGU of Cebu City because the CSWDO is appointed by the Cebu City Mayor. However, if you mean the DSWD Field (Regional) Office 07 based in Cebu City, the Regional Director is Director Rebecca P. Geamala. Her Assistant Regional Director for Operations is ARDO Shalaine Marie S. Lucero and her Assistant Regional Director for Administration is ARDA Antonio R. Dolaota.
