Date of Coverage: 01/01/1979 - 01/01/1987

Good day! I am Stacey Lee, a student of the Ateneo Law School. I would like to kindly request to be furnished with a copy/copies of the deliberations of the Family Code Commission, as well as the Civil Code Commission as well; to further research and understand the intention of the Codes' framers with respect to the provisions therein. Specifically the provisions involving age requirements, as the debate the research will be used for proposes a change to the age requirement, and thus needs context as to why the ages have been set as they currently are. Thank you!
