Hi I would like to request some investigation regarding CONVERGE ICT SOLUTIONS. They keep on telling me that they refund my money within 15 days from November 17, 2020. I have been calling them from time to time, but they keep on telling me to wait for more days to refund just 4,000 pesos. They keep on giving me hopeless reason regarding this matter. I hope that this company will be punished and will never said any false information to their customers. It's getting frustrating little by little each day! This is completely unacceptable to any consumer who has having the same issue.
