Hello! I would like to ask for clarification about the definition used in describing new and renewal values in LTO's registration statistics: 1.) For newly purchased vehicles that applied for LTO's 3-year registration, how are those in the 2nd and last year of the 3-year period counted in the number of vehicle registrations? Are they counted in renewal or are they not included in the statistics? This information will be used to create a distribution model of the age of vehicles for my study. Thank you in advance!
