Hi! i would like to check the authenticity of this deed of absolute sale. 1, allegedly executed by Ofelia Garcia in favor of Teresita Agoncillo which was acknowledged by Atty. Eduardo p. tibo sometime in 1989 2, the deed was allegedly executed in Calbayog city ,below is the document info. Doc no. 446 Page no. 64 Book no. 3 or 4 Series of 1989 notarized by Atty. Eduardo P. Tibo
