Hi, can you please help me get the judicial decree of annulment with certificate of Finality for petitioner Weena Panabe, which was GRANTED last October 03, 2014 in RTC - National Capital Region, Branch 73, City of Malabon, on the court of Judge Carlos M. Flores, Civil Case no CV 729-MN- Declaration of Nullity of Marriage. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
