Hi we are now doing research about the the OLD poblacion of Ibaan, batangas. in 1832 it was separated from batangas city and established a principalia form of government, we just want to know if is there a record or particular document that may be used to be an evidence of our research to proved that Ibaan was really separated by means of a decree? and who declared it? Hope we can get reliable answer for this inquiry. Thank you.
