Labor Union (SPLU) PTGWO Local Chapter No. 974, a case entitled and docketed as: "In Re: Petition Nullify Issuances of the National Executive Board of the Philippine Trade and General Workers Organization (PTGWO) and Uphold the 05 November 2019 Election of Union Officers and Its Results docketed as Case No. BLR-A-LE-06-29-1-20/RO3-RO-IN-05-11-14-19" Your request is approved, we are providing you the information you requested as follows: 1. Entry of Judgement issued by Dir. Bacay of BLR dated 13 April 2021; 2. Notice of Resolution and Resolution issued by Dir. Bacay of BLR dated 01 December 2020; 3. Notice of Resolution and Resolution issued by Dir. Bacay of BLR dated 23 January 2021.
