Dear CAAP Butuan city officials. I am a *** from Surigao City. I and my husband travelled to Butuan city yesterday to catch 5J 788 flight to Manila. We arrived in the airport at 3:30pm after a 3 hours exhausting land trip. Our flight was delayed and your metal seats in the predep area are slippery & uncomfortable. We desired to use your VIP room which was empty and the aircon was running. Upon inquiry, the charge was extorbitant at P500/ hour! The same rate when you are one, two or 15 in a group. So before you can rest, your P500 is over. I learned that politicians are free.
