Hi good day! I would like to request the list of blacklisted American citizens who are banned to visit the Philippines. Otherwise, I am in need of confirmation if the person named [REDACTED NAME], [REDACTED ADDRESS] if he is banned here in the Philippines. He was involved in a robbery in 2017 in his state. I need to know if he is on the blacklist and how long he has to wait for him to visit the Philipines. I am looking forward to the help of your good office for the verification of my simple request. Thus, it can only be issued personally to the owner of data, with Special Power of Attorney if to the duly authorized representative or court order because it is protected under the R.A. 10173.
