Hello, I would like to know if there is a plan to correct the flow of drainage along Juan de la Cruz street towards a canal behind Dona Manuela Subdivision. The flood mitigation project that was completed sometime in 2012 that cost the government 1.9 million PHP did not solve the flooding along Juan de la Cruz street. The flooding came about when the property that used to be the catch basin was developed into a subdivision and the creek that served as drainage of J. de la Cruz street was converted into an access road for Donya Manuela Subdivision.
