We, the undersigned 4th year BS Civil Engineering student of Batangas State University -
Alangilan Campus currently taking CE 418: CE Design Project 1, hereby request from your good
office to allow us to conduct technical research and methodologies regarding our capstone project
proposal located at Brgy. Lumbang, Lipa City which is entitled “EBA (Emergence Building for
Academe): An Innovative Educational Facility in Lipa City”.

who is knowledgeable about the proposal. Also, it would be highly regarded if you could provide
