I am Rose Ann R. Llonora, a 5th year B.S. Architecture student at National University in Manila. I am in the early stages of developing an undergraduate thesis proposal entitled, “Neurodiversity: A Proposed Special Education Center”. My goal is to gather data of SpEd students or the children with special needs in Rizal.
