Dear Ayahbel Leparto,
I refer to my letter of Apr 30, 2023 02:45:00 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Data on Youth Center Facility in the Philippines.
While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we find your request incomplete. Thus, your FOI request did not meet the requisites of a valid FOI request.
Section 9 of Executive Order No. 2 states that:
SECTION 9. Procedure. The following procedure shall govern the filing and processing of requests for access to information:
(a) Any person who requests access to information shall submit a written request to the government office concerned.
