Thank you for your request for the latest data on occupational injuries, its indicators, OSH inspection results for safety/overall compliance pf the construction industry, under the Freedom of Information (Executive Order No. 2 S. 2016) filed in this Office. Your request is denied given that upon further evaluation of your request, the information you identified is among the exceptions listed in Annex A and/or inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2 (S. 2016) and are deemed confidential under Department Order No. 103-10, Series of 2010.
