1.) No. of Schools and their students who benefited from the School Based Feeding Program
2.) Their years of implementation
3.) Retention rate for the students
4.) Problems encountered in the implementation of the program
5.) Recommendations if the RA will be revised
If possible, Data from 2021 and 2022.
