To whom it may concern: Good day! In relation with research I hope to pursue on the topic of local government finance in the Philippines, I would like to request the following data from LGU Academy: - financial statements and/or budget operations statements of each city/municipal/provincial LGU for the years 1988-1991 - internal revenue allotment (IRA) of LGUs from 1988-1991 I have tried procuring the same from DBM and BLGF but they claim this data is not available. Moreover, it should be noted that LGUs already received fiscal transfers even before the Local Govt Code 1991 was passed.
