Dear DepEd,
I am writing in response to your message "Awaiting clarification".
The data that I am requesting shall be used for an online journal article that I am writing on children with disabilities (CWD) (0 to 14 years old). I need the data for me to be able to write on sub-topics on: an overview of CWD and SPED in the country currently, engaging with disabilities, peer acceptance, and rights and participation.
Again, I am requesting for the following data:
1) children with disabilities in the country who:
a) are in SPED schools/centers (public & private)
b) are in mainstream schools (public &private)
c) are in inclusive schools (public & private)
d) have dropped out of school
2) No. of in-service SPED teachers
3) No. of pre-service SPED teachers
As the article is due for release in May, I am looking forward to your positive and prompt response. Thank you for your assistance.
