Hi ! I would like to request a data per region in the Philippines needed in my study entitled "PHILIPPINE WOMEN EMPOWERMENT: MEASURING REGIONAL WOMEN’S PEACE AND SECURITY INDEX IN THE PHILIPPINES" :
1. Cellphone Use - Percentage of Women per region ages 15 and older who report having a mobile phone 
2. Financial Inclusion - Percentage per region ages 15 and older who report having an individual or joint account at a bank or who eport using mobile money service
