May I kindly request for data on executive clemency covering the periods July 1, 1987 to the present (March 29, 2017). I know records like this are available because a former student of mine was able to collect a sample with shorter duration, which she used for her project in the Statistics class I handled. Unfortunately, we lost our only copy of that dataset after a system crash. The ideal format would be a database, such as one compiled in excel or csv. The data we have in mind is one that contains information on the specific offenses, the penalty imposed, and the date of clemency. Thank you
