Good Day!
I am Oyelle Anfernee Veloso, a student of Masters in Management at University of the Philippines Mindanao. Our Major Requirement for Graduation is a Strategic Plan Paper for a specific entity. We are tasked to create sound strategies to make the entity more efficient in its operations based from the internal and external analysis of the entity. As being part of the external analysis, we are tasked to know the industry's facts and information, and then analyze these data to get the opportunities that the entity could invest into.
In my case, my subject entity is North Davao Colleges (NDC), an academic institutions. With this, the information that I need to gather is in relation to the industry and other schools present in the area of Panabo City and the whole region XI. The data I needed are the following:
1. List of Public and Private schools in Panabo City, Davao del Norte.
2. List of accreditation per Private school in Panabo City, Davao del Norte.
3. Number of Hired Teachers in Secondary Level in Panabo City Division, Panabo City per year from 2015-2019.
4. Number of Hired Teachers in Elementary Level in Panabo City Division, Panabo City per year from 2015-2019.
The data regarding number of Hired Teachers both Elementary and Secondary would enable me to analyze the rate and percentage per year that DEPED Panabo is hiring; and also this information would somehow allow me to analyze the attrition rate of the teachers coming from NDC transferring to public schools. Also, the the list of accreditation would differentiate the schools in terms of this factor.
I am hoping to receive a positive response with this request. Thank you very much!
