Response to your request Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. It is the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) that may have the data you require for (1), (2), (3) and (4). Under Republic Act 10625 (the “Philippine Statistical Act of 2013”), the PSA is the government agency responsible for preparing and conducting periodic censuses on population, housing, agriculture, fisheries, business, industry and other sectors of the economy. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the PSA by submitting a request to the PSA via this portal. You may also contact the PSA by telephone at 462-6600 locals 839, 833 and 834 or via email at [email protected]. For number (1), since you are asking for information specific to the Mindoro provinces, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of both Occidental and Oriental Mindoro may also have the data you wish to obtain. Therefore, you may also direct your request to the provincial LGUs of both Occidental and Oriental Mindoro. For number (2), additional data might be available at the Department of Health (DOH) since treatment of mental health problems is within the purview of DOH. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the DOH. You may make another request via this portal. You may also contact them by telephone at 651-7800 local 5001-5006 or via email at [email protected]. For number (3), pursuant to Presidential Decree 1509, as amended, the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) is the national government agency mandated to formulate policies and coordinate the activities of all agencies, whether public or private, concerning disability issues and concerns. They may have additional data. Hence, you also may wish to direct your request to the NCDA. You may contact them by telephone at 932-6422 or via email at [email protected]. For numbers (4) and (5), it is the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council (JJWC) that may have the data that you require. Under Republic Act 10630 (the “Juvenile Justice Welfare Act”), the JJWC oversees the implementation of the law. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the JJWC by submitting a request to them via this portal. You may also contact them by telephone at 921-0565 or via email at [email protected]. Finally, additional data for number (4) might be available at the Philippine National Police (PNP), specifically the Women Children Protection Center (WCPC), since people report crimes, even those committed by teens, to the PNP directly.
