You asked for Data about the Abused Children.

Response to your request

Your request is substantially similar or identical to the previous request you have made. 

Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. Kindly refer to your request dated 20 and Sep 2023 with reference numbers #DSWD-102435948003 and #DSWD-734647066191, respectively.

Further, the DSWD has limited information on the number of clients served by its residential care facilities catering to older persons. 


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary REX GATACHALIAN at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City.
