I am a PhD in Envi Eng'g candidate from UP Diliman currently working on my dissertation, w/c aims to determine the optimum conjunctive use of groundwater & surface water in the Pampanga River Basin. 

In this regard, I would like to request for Daily Records of Water Diversion from the Umiray River from 2000 to present.
