Sir/Mam;
Good day!
I am Ricmart Garbin, a MSEE student at Mapua University. I am currently working on my master's thesis about Electrical Load Forecasting in the Philippine Electricity Market Using Neural Network. And based on my research, one of the main considerations in load forecasting is the weather parameter.
In line with this, I am humbly asking if you have an archive of DAILY rainfall data recorded for Manila and Cebu for the years 2012-2017. And if you have, will I be able to ask for a copy of the said data?
Thank you in advance.
