Good day!
I am an MS Agricultural Engineering Student at UPLB. May I kindly request daily rainfall and streamflow data for the period January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2020, in the Quinali A Watershed in the Bicol Region? This data will be used in my project on Hydrologic Modeling. If the requested data for the specified duration is not entirely available, I would still greatly appreciate receiving any available data within that timeframe.

I refer to my letter of Nov 06, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Daily Rainfall and Streamflow of Quinali A Watershed, Bicol, Philippines. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 29, 2024.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
