Hi,
I am a PhD in Envi Eng'g candidate from UP Diliman currently working on my dissertation, w/c aims to determine the optimum conjunctive use of groundwater & surface water in the Pampanga River Basin. In this regard, I would like to request for Daily Operation Records of Angat Dam from 1968 to present w/c includes the ff:
1) Angat Reservoir Level
2) Total Inflow
3) Outflow to Bustos Dam
4) Outflow to Ipo Dam

I refer to my letter of Oct 25, 2019 03:10:19 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Daily Operation Records of Angat Dam.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your request. Kindly be informed that the charge for hydrological data is P1/day per station for data request from private individuals or companies.
Please note that NPC can only provide a 5 year period daily data free of charge.

I would like to clarify if I also need to pay for the daily data beyond the 5-year free of charge, since I come from the academe and will only be using the data for my dissertation.

Dear Ed Carla Mae,
I refer to my letter of Dec 11, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Daily Operation Records of Angat Dam. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Mar 04, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
