I am a 4th year college student from Southern Luzon State University and I am currently conducting my undergraduate thesis which entitled, " Predictive Uncertainty Rainfall-Runoff and Flood Forecast Using Quantile Regression".
In line with this, I would like to request a copy of total and average Daily Discharge Data from 2000 - present of Marikina River
