The Universal Leaf Philippines, Inc. (ULPI) is one of the biggest company that supplies tobacco internationally with the support of the local contracted farmers. In order to ensure the sustainability of growing tobacco in the country, the company will be conducting an in-house water risk assessment for the watersheds that covers the growing areas of tobacco.
In this regard, may we request for Daily and monthly rainfall data (mm) in Region I, II and CAR.

I refer to my letter of Feb 23, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Daily and monthly rainfall data (mm) in Region I, II and CAR. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of May 18, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
