October 20, 2020 Dear Paul Isaias Tenepere, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 20, 2020 09:48:54 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for DA Endorsement to BOI. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. Please refer to the Implementing Guidelines and Issuance for CSO https://www.da.gov.ph/implementing-guidelines-and-issuances/ As per Investment Programming Division of DA, there is no specific format for Company Proposal. All documents will be verified and reviewed by the Office of the Undersecretary for Policy and Planning. If they found something that needs to be clarified, they will call your office to submit additional requirements. For now, the requirements for DA endorsement to BOI are the ff: 1. Company Profile 2. Company Proposal 3. Covering Memo (Letter of Intent) addressed to Secretary William D. Dar and cc to Undersecretary for Policy and Planning For more information, kindly contact Office of the Undersecretary for Policy and Planning at 8929.8247 / 8920.4084 Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary William D. Dar. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
