Hi. Im Lovely Jennifer Torremonia. I transferred here in Saint Joseph College from Cavite West Point College. My current school is requiring to have my serial number in NSTP CWTS from my previous school . I cannot graduate without it. The problem is my previous school West Point said they do not hold the record of the said serial number. Where and how i can get the said serial number ? Thank you !
