I possess solely the date of the arrest and the suspect's first name. Please specify the essential details we need to provide as the Barangay Tanod, who was the arresting officer at that time, is concerned about their safety.

As far as my recollection serves, a patrol unit from the distinguished Iloilo City Police Headquarters (PP1) arrived at a particular location on the eventful night of April 14, 2023, at precisely 9:41 PM. The nature and circumstances surrounding the subsequent arrest were of intense significance.
In light of the gravity of this situation and in accordance with the principles of transparency and accountability, I kindly request access to any pertinent records, reports, or official documentation associated with the said event. The information sought is critical to gaining a comprehensive understanding of the events that transpired that night.
