Good Day, I am a 4th Year student doing an architectural thesis in which I will be redeveloping the DSWD Central Office in Batasang Pambansa Complex. I am currently doing the case study of the main office and I would like to request for a copy of floor plans of each office within the complex.

I refer to my letter of Apr 28, 2023 08:58:56 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Current Floor Plans of the DSWD Central Office.
While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we find your request incomplete. Thus, your FOI request did not meet the requisites of a valid FOI request.
Section 9 of Executive Order No. 2 states that:

If it's not too much to ask, I would also like to request the total number of employees currently working/ assigned in the DSWD main office and the average number of walk-in applicants on a daily basis, as well as the highest number of walk-ins in history. I would like to use this information in my project's demographic profile.
