October 18, 2023 Dear Ferdinand Estabillo, This refers to your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Current Construction Materials Price Data. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, ([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor, and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the information/data needed and the purpose of your request. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided.
