I am Cherry Salazar of the Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism. I am writing to request the following documents:

1. A database, preferably in Excel format, of all current and proposed coal, liquefied natural gas, and renewable energy power plants in the country, with the following details: project title, proponent, location, reference no., status, and status date, among others; and

2. Executive Summary, Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), and Environmental Performance Report and Management Plan of the identified power plants.
