It known that any PRC ID is acceptable as a primary ID for the Loyalty Card Application. Is the Civil Service Commission Eligibility Card also considered a primary ID?

09 August 2022 Dear MR. FRANCIS POL C. LIM, This refers to your eFOI request received on 22 July 2022 via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you inquired whether the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID and the Civil Service Commission Eligibility Card are acceptable as primary IDs in relation to a Loyalty Card Application. We deemed it proper to raise this matter to the Operating Unit Concerned – the Loyalty Card Unit. We are pleased to inform you that based on the List of Valid IDs Acceptable to the Fund, HQP-PFF-225, V04, 09/2021, a valid PRC ID is acceptable for purposes of Loyalty Card Plus application. However, the Civil Service Commission Eligibility Card is not acceptable to the Fund. Per our Loyalty Card Unit, the List of Valid IDs Acceptable to the Fund is aligned with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas’ List of Valid IDs for Financial Transactions.
