I would like to report a person named CRISTOFER SALCEDO on Gcash. I sent him my payment amounting to 20,000pesos with his gcash number 09301534362. After the payment was done, all of the numbers they gave me cannot be contacted already and so as the facebook they used to chat with me. Please help me track them so that i can get my money back. Thankyou so much

July 26, 2021 Dear Mr. Biteng, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 24, 2021 03:36:37 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
