Hello! Good day! I would like to request for any criminal record associated with the man by the name of Jowe Ramos Almonte, who currently resides in Guiho St Barangay, cabanabanan, Laguna.

Please be informed that this Office cannot release any official and internal documents to a private person. As a rule, records on file with the NBI are confidential in nature. Further, your request for information falls within the exceptions to the Right of Access to Information, to wit:

b) Information deemed confidential for the protection of the privacy of persons and certain individuals such as minors, victims of crimes, or the accused;
c) Information, documents or records known by reason of official capacity and are deemed as confidential, including those submitted or disclosed by entities to government agencies, tribunals, boards, or officers in relation to the performance of their functions, or to inquiries or investigation conducted by them in the exercise of their administrative, regulatory or quasi judicial powers.
