hi I would like to request regarding to place and address he will stay after he arrives?his lived in partner lives in Cauayan Isabela named Richello Lasdin and the accused Florante Cabuhat Vilar can I report to police there in Isabela that the accused was having a warrant here in Nueva ecija..can they arrest him?
