I hope this letter finds you well. I am a 4th year BS Industrial Engineering Student from the Technological Institute of the Philippines - Manila.
Our thesis will be focusing on Crime Prevention using Data Analytics and Optimization Modelling. To fulfill our thesis we are in need of the necessary data to fully maximize our research. We are hoping that we could have the following data:
1) Historical Crime Data from 2017-2022 which includes
-The type of crime
-The location or station where the crime was reported,
-The date when the crime was committed.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Since the purpose of your request is for your thesis/research study, please send us a copy of Request Letter from your School signed by the Dean/Head of the Office, also indicate the CY of your request as our reference in processing the requested data. I have already submitted our request letter through Gmail. Using my School Gmail and Personal Gmail Accounts. Furthermore, the data we are requesting are the following:
1) Historical Crime Statistics per month and per week for CY 2017- CY 2022 including the type of crime and the station where crime was reported.
2) Summarized crime time of occurrence for CY 2017-2022
3) Number of law enforcers per station.
4) Number of patrol vehicles per station.
We guarantee that any information we gather and obtain will be exclusively used for academic purposes and will be handled with the highest confidentiality.
