I took my first degree from 1997 to 2002. But in July 2015, I enrolled for a second degree. But in 2019, I transferred to a different school. This new school does not want to credit any of my subjects even from the degree I have already finished stating the reason that it is already a new curriculum (despite them having similar course title and description). Is this correct that only ROTC/NSTP, PE, and Jose Rizal would be credited? The CHED Memo I saw does not specifically mention my case who has already earned a degree. Please clarify. Thanks!
