Thank you for your response. I only have TIN, UMID, and Philhealth ID, Can I still register with the CIBIApp? Because the secondary ID options is only Passport, PRC ID, IBP ID, OWWA ID, senior citizen’s ID, voter’s ID, digitized postal ID, SSS ID, and GSIS e-Card.
