Hello, I was COVID19 positive and admitted at St. Luke's hospital with my physician diagnosis COVID19 with severe pneumonia. Upon discharge, my philhealth benefit claim was only for moderate pneumonia amounting to Php 143,267. I am expecting to the amounting Php 333,519 since I was diagnose as COVID19 w/ severe pneumonia. Can you please clarify why was this? If wrong benefit was provided, how can I file for reimbursement since I am already discharged and paid?
