Good Day. I humbly like to request for a financial assistance to help for my family's expenses when I was in quarantine for testing positive to Covid-19. Im a Frontliner, a Poloce Officer from NCRPO, Due to that, I was not able to work and can't provide for family. Hoping that you could help me. Thank you very much.

Relative to your query, kindly find attached list of basic requirements for EC Covid related case for government employees. You may file for Employees Compensation claim by complying the documentary requirements. Claim may be submitted thru drop box at nearest GSIS Office. Thank you.
