good day! i would like to request for an update regarding my application for covid assistance. the last update was it was already submitted to the medical officer for review. i requested for an update last december 1, 2021 however, i was not able to receive any update. hoping for a positive response regarding the matter thank you

Good day. Upon checking with the concerned GSIS Branch Office, your EC Claim has been pre-processed but they are yet to receive the properly accomplished EC Income Benefit Claim For Payment form. A Notice of Deficiency was already sent by Ma’am Yvette Panaguiton thru your AAO on October 7, 2021 for compliance. Kindly coordinate Ma'am with yourAAO. Thank you and keep safe.

good day po! i submitted my documents last september 24, 2021... oct 4, 2021 i followed up my application and i was informed that there is a deficiency in my claims application oct 11, 2021 i submitted the required supplemental documents oct 18, 2021 i followed up my documents and this was their reply Ocampo 03:54 PM, Oct 18, 2021 Dear Ms. Lagamson: Please be informed that the application for EC Claim of was already forwarded to our medical officer for medical evaluation.
