Hi,
I'm Kaye, 21 years old and an only child of an early retired teacher. She was retired early because she's suffering from depression and can't function properly.
She's only 58 years old when she passed away last September 15, 2021 and found that she is COVID 19 positive.
My father passed away, year 2013 and I have only few of my relatives to help me.
I am seeking for financial help as I am now quarantined due to being a close contact to my mother and I have no extra funds to spare.
She is still inside a funerary service, as I am having trouble setting a schedule for cremation.

You asked for COVID 19 Positive - dead patient.
Response to your request
We wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated.
For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance.
For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx.
For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices.
Your right to request a review
