December 15, 2021 Dear Mr. Denie Gicaraya, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 14, 2021 09:28:48 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on April 17, 2020 and was QUALIFIED by OWWA Region 6 on 05/14/2020 and RELEASED to DOLE Regional Office VI on 05/17/2020 for the processing and release of DOLE-AKAP financial benefit. Directly follow-up with DOLE Region 6 or the nearest DOLE Provincial Office.
