Hi, gusto ko po sana mgrequest ng finacial assistance for my family, lahat po kme naka home quaratine ngayon almost 3weeks na din po, nagpositive po kc ung father po nmen nagkritikal din po sya, sa ngayon po unti unti na sya nakakarecover, at 2 din po kme na kapatid ko nagka symptoms , sa ngayon po naghahantsy po kame ng resulta ng Swabtest ng buong pamilya..kailangan po namen ng budget sa pagkain at iba pa pong necessities..sana po matulungan nyo po kme kasi malaking bagay po ito para makarecover ns po ang buing pamilya nmen..salamat po..godbless

You asked for Covid-19 Financial Assitance.
Response to your request
We wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated.
For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance.
For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx.
For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
