Hi! I would like to request for Covid 19 cash assistance. I was positive with Covid last October 2, 2020. I was quarantined for 14 days. My sponsor is still in Canada. I don’t have work right now since I was only cleared with the virus yesterday. Thank you

The OWWA is offering DOLE-AKAP only for OFW's. Hi Sir/ Madam, I just want to follow up my Covid cash assistance. I sent my email since Oct. 17, 2020. I am an active OFW since 2009. I work here in Doha , Qatar. I don’t have work since March when the pandemic start. My employer is still in Canada. I had part time before but I had to stopped when I was infected with Covid 19. I am hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you so much and be safe always.

Dear Sarah,
I refer to my letter of Oct 21, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Covid 19. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 13, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
