Good Day! I humbly like to request for financial assistance to help for my family’s expenses when I was in quarantine for tested of CoVID positive. In line with that, I was not able to work and can’t provide for my family. Hoping that you could help me for this matter. Thank you very much

Response to Request We have carefully reviewed your request for medical assistance, and it is with regret that we are unable to fulfill it at this time. We understand the importance of such matters, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
